Varsity (Letterman) Jackets:
– Outer shell body in 100% wool fabric.
– Arms in genuine cowhide leather
– Inner lining in 100% polyester quilt 100
– Knitted rib on neck collar, cuffs and bottom belt
– Bone pockets on both sides of front (with zipper)
– 6-7 twitch buttons on full front
– Can be plain or fully customized with team name, numbers, logos etc.
BASEBALL CAPS:
– Made in 100% cotton or 65/35% poly cotton drill
– 6 Panels
– With air ventilator holes on each panel
– Size adjustable flap on back
– All plain without any embroidery
PULLOVER HOODIE:
– Made in 80/20% OR 65/35% Cotton / Polyester blend (fleece)
– Fabric weight up to 290-310 gsm
– Without Zipper
– Knitted rib trims on border and cuffs
– Self fabric hood on top with a drawstring cord
– With screen printing or embroidery of custom logos and artwork
Rain Jackets:
– Made of 100% polyester memory / taslon fabric (PU Coated, waterproof)
– With inside lining of 100% polyester 5/1 mesh on body (could be without lining too)
– With Polyester 210T (light weight parachute) lining on inside sleeves
– Knitted Elastic / Velcro closure on cuffs (As per design requirement)
– Nylon wire #5, Zipper on full front of jacket
– Elasticized draw string / Simple two needles stitched on waist belt (Bottom)
– Ceiling on all stitches to make them waterproof (As per client’s requirement)
– Customized label with embroidery / printing of company logo or brand (As per requirement)
